My name is Inayaili León. I'm Director of Design Operations at GitHub, where I spend my days thinking about how design teams work.

I started my career as a designer, which means I've been on both sides: doing the work, and trying to make the conditions for that work better.

I'm Panamanian Portuguese, born in the USSR, and I've lived in London — the best city in the world — since 2008. I love Earl Grey, podcasts, cats, and a good nap.
